Less than an hour away from Morelia there is a town called Patzcuaro that has been named one of the most
photographed towns in Mexico...they can now add another 400 photos to that count (but I've narrowed that
down to about 45 for your viewing. While there I spotted a blind man playing the accordion, and a wonderful
street performance of the "Old Man Dance". Plan on a full day so that you can also go to the island of Janitzio.
